What's the difference between the $495 and $295 fees?

The $495 upfront fee covers all listing setup, photography, marketing materials, and MLS entry. The $295 transaction fee is paid only at closing when your home successfully sells.

Do I still need to pay a buyer's agent commission?

Yes. Most sellers offer 2.5-3% commission to buyer's agents to incentivize showings. This is separate from our flat-fee listing service and is paid at closing from the sale proceeds.

Will my listing appear the same as full-service listings?

Yes! Your listing will be indistinguishable from traditional full-service listings on MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, and all other sites. Buyers and agents won't know the difference.

What if my home doesn't sell?

You keep the listing active as long as you want (typically 6-month listing agreements are standard). If your home doesn't sell, you only paid the $495 upfront fee - no transaction fee is charged.

Can I handle my own showings?

Absolutely! With our flex listing service, you maintain full control. Buyer's agents will contact you directly to schedule showings at times that work for you.
